Caulking

There is an art to caulking beyond just applying material to seal gaps or repair split joints.  At B & K, we have spent years honing in on the art of blending caulk and sealant materials to seamlessly repair a variety of issues that may arise in a property. We have extensive experience epoxy injections, caulking tilt ups, windows, masonry cracks, expansion joints, pavers, brick and stone stairways and steps.   We have also perfected the art of broadcasting sand into caulk to give it a mortar-like appearance allowing many types of repair options.
