ABOUT THE PROJECT

Preserving the beauty of the original materials and architecture was the utmost of importance to the restoration of this property on the National Register of Historic Buildings.  B & K Tuckpointing was hired by the developer to beautify the outside of the former school while adhering to strict guidelines meant to preserve the materials and integrity of the original workmanship. Brick infills, stone replacement and repair, tuckpointing, and removal of surface contaminants were all integral in restoring this gem.
